Isaberg Mountain Resort
The Adventure mountain is waiting for you
Isaberg Mountain Resort – Adventure awaits, all year round
At Isaberg Mountain Resort, adrenaline-fueled adventures become reality in every season. This southern Swedish gem, the largest ski resort south of the mountains, is a true symbol of the entrepreneurial spirit of the Gnosjö region. What began as a winter destination has evolved into one of Sweden’s top year-round adventure hubs – putting the Isaberg area firmly on the map.
Winter at Isaberg – Skiing in the Heart of the Forest
In winter, Isaberg offers fantastic skiing right in the middle of the scenic Småland forests. Often referred to as the “mountains of Småland”, the resort is a favorite among both beginners and experienced skiers. With 11 slopes on two levels and 6 ski lifts, there’s plenty of terrain to explore for everyone.
First-time on skis? Join a ski school session and get started safely. The resort also offers a cozy cabin village, a sports shop, and several food options. Located mid-slope is the Toppstugan restaurant – open during the winter season – where you can enjoy great food with panoramic views. For an extra memorable moment with family or friends, book one of the grill huts overlooking the slopes.
Summer at Isaberg – One of Sweden’s Top Bike Parks
But what about summer? That’s when Isaberg truly transforms. With a natural shift from skiing to biking, it has become one of Sweden’s largest mountain bike parks. With mountain biking (MTB) at its core, Isaberg features 25 trails of varying difficulty, offering something for every level. Whether you're a seasoned rider or trying MTB for the first time, you’ll feel the thrill and challenge on every ride. At the center of the park lies the largest pump track in the Nordics – perfect for anyone who loves speed, flow, and technique.
And biking is just the beginning...
Isaberg is an adventure mountain packed with activities. Try the alpine coaster, high ropes course, adventure mini golf, obstacle course, and disc golf that winds through the landscape. Want to save your energy for the downhill? Use the ski lift to reach the top of the trail.
Water, Wilderness, and Relaxation
For those drawn to water, Isaberg’s location beside the scenic Nissan river and surrounding lakes offers even more. Spend a full day outdoors canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddling (SUP), or relaxing by the beautiful swimming beach. And in the colder months, why not warm up in the floating sauna after a day on the slopes or biking trails?
Stay, Dine & Connect
Isaberg offers accommodation for every traveler – from camping to high-standard cabins nestled close to the action. After a day full of adventure, treat yourself at Höganloft Restaurant, where great food and drink meet warm hospitality.
Visiting with a group or as part of a company event? Matstudio Loftet is the perfect space to bond over shared culinary experiences using seasonal and local ingredients.
Isaberg Mountain Resort is always evolving – aiming to deliver experiences far beyond the ordinary.
